Touring important sites of Turku City Center in groups of max 25 people. Tour starts at Turku Touring Tourist & Convention Bureau (Aurakatu 4) and ends at Vimma (Aurakatu 16).

City Reception

City Reception will be held at Vimma. Vimma is Art and Activity Centre of Young People at Aurakatu 16.

Symposium Banquet

Join a cruise on board the steamship s/s Ukkopekka to the little island of Loistokari in the beautiful Turku archipelago. An archipelago style buffet dinner will be served outdoors on the island. Enjoy music of Janne Engblom duo. Possibility of dancing.

Steamship s/s Ukkopekka departs and arrives from the river Aura, by the Martinsilta bridge (Linnankatu 38 in front of Restaurant Vaakahuoneen Paviljonki).

Departure place is located within walking distance from city center. Have look of map of Turku (can be found also in abstract book). However there is also a possibility to use conference bus to get to the cruise. Busses leave at 18.30 in front of Hotel Centro and Hotel City Börs.

Be prepared for chilly sea air. Warm clothing and comfortable shoes are recommended.
